INSTALLATION

Install valve on cold water line feeding a frequently used valve. Mount level with minimum 12" height before elbow. Include shut-off valve for inlet and union connection on outlet. Makeup line must slope continuously to floor drain and not exceed 20’ in length. P1-500 serves 1-4 drains; P2-500 serves 1-2 drains with distribution unit. Operating range: 20-80 psi.

MAINTENANCE

Adjust to static line pressure using adjustment screw. Requires 10 psi pressure drop to activate. Periodically inspect mesh screen and clean if needed. Check for proper water delivery and verify all connections remain leak-free. Use cold water supply only. Ensure valve remains level and makeup line maintains slope to drain.
