RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our warranties follow the manufacturers' policies. As a rule, the warranties cover replacement of defective parts only and labor and shipping are not included. For some manufacturers if your product experiences a failure within 30 days of purchase, you may ask for a new unit or the replacement parts - whichever you prefer. After that time, only the defective part will be accepted and replaced, free of charge. For others, it is at the discretion of the manufacturer how they would like to replace the parts. All custom-ordered product sales are final and not returnable. All return goods must have prior approval from Plumber's Paradise. To obtain approval, please email us at info@plumbersparadise.net. Returns of unused, uninstalled, in the original packaging and like-new product made within 30 days of delivery of your order will be refunded less a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges including charges to ship a new item to the customer. If your product is defective, we may ask that you send it directly to the manufacturer.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with Plumber's Paradise, you must contact customer support by email at info@plumbersparadise.net.
A cancellation fee of 5% is charged for chargebacks used to cancel orders.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
Orders shipping directly from the manufacturer may not be able to be cancelled if their shipping process has begun.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item under our Refund Policy.
