At Plumber's Paradise, we strive to get your order to you quickly and reliably.

Free Shipping Promotion
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipped to the Continental United States (the 48 contiguous states). This is a limited-time offer and may end or change at any time without notice.

Eligibility and Restrictions
- Free shipping applies only to standard ground shipping within the Continental U.S.
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations are not eligible for free shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply, and we will contact you with a quote before processing if applicable.
- Oversized, heavy, or special-handling items may incur additional fees, even within the Continental U.S.

Order Processing and Delivery Times
- In-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) typically ship the same day.
- In-stock orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
- Estimated delivery times (after shipping):
  - Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier. Exceptions apply for outdoor drinking fountains, outdoor bottle fillers, and other limited products. 
- We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand.
