INSTALLATION

Turn off the water supply to the unit. Remove the old filter cartridge by rotating it counterclockwise and pulling down. Align the new Versafilter II cartridge (041071-001) with the filter head, push upward, and rotate clockwise until it stops. Turn on the water supply and flush the filter by running water through the system for at least 3 minutes to remove any air or carbon fines.

MAINTENANCE

Replace the Versafilter II cartridge after filtering 3,000 gallons of water or approximately once per year, whichever comes first. Periodically check for leaks around the filter connection. Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection. The filter operates at a maximum temperature of 100°F and maximum pressure of 125 psi.
