Installation:

Designed for Panasonic WhisperComfort® 60 and Intelli‑Balance® 100 ERVs. Cut a single 7.5″ hole through the building envelope. Insert the Y‑shaped wall cap, ensuring the dual chambers are aligned for exhaust and supply. Secure the unit in place and seal all edges per code. Connect exhaust and supply ducts (up to 100 CFM each) to the cap. Restore ERV operation and verify no cross‑contamination between air streams.

Maintenance:

Inspect the wall cap annually. Remove any dust, debris, or insect nests from both openings. Ensure the internal divider is intact and free of damage. Clean the exterior surface with a damp cloth and confirm no blockages obstruct airflow.
